An Introduction to Ayurvedic Consultations

Ayurveda, the age-old science of health, balance and disease-free life contains ancient knowledge carried over 5000 years. Our team brings together some of the best resources from around the world to help guide you into balance and in sync with nature’s way of life. The practitioners assess and diagnose through pulse reading (for in-person consults only), direct questioning, observation and techniques such as observing the tongue, eyes, physical form, and tone of the voice.

Ayurvedic Pulse Reading "Nadi Pariksha" is the ancient Ayurvedic technique of diagnosis through the pulse. It can accurately diagnose physical, mental and emotional imbalances as well as diseases.

What to expect from a consultation?

A private consultation will educate you about your individual dosha (constitution) and assist you in obtaining balance and harmony with the laws of nature.

The 60-minute consultation will include:

1. Detailed intake and assessment
2. Introduction to Ayurveda and your dosha (constitution)
3. Diet and lifestyle plan
4. Herbs and spice recommendations
5. Panchakarma body-work therapy plan

Vaidya Keerthika Sanjaikumar is a dedicated and hands on Ayurvedic Vaidya (practitioner) with a passion for holistic healing and wellness. She holds a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree from India and has a natural skill for therapeutic Ayurveda body work. Her experience and keen knowledge combine ancient Ayurvedic wisdom to provide comprehensive care to her clients. She's an avid practitioner of yoga and meditation and knows how to properly guide her clients through complete Yogic and Ayurvedic care including practices of mudras, pranayamas, asanas along with herbal remedies and therapies. She focuses on identifying the root causes of health concerns. She possesses a keen ability to assess her client's unique constitutions and imbalances, enabling her to create personalized treatment plans. She believes in the power of preventive care and strives to educate her clients on adopting healthy lifestyle practices that promote overall well-being. Her approach encompasses stress reduction techniques, mindfulness practices, and incorporating Ayurvedic rituals into daily life. Keerthika has specialized experience in pain management through herbal remedies and therapeutic body-work, postpartum care and mother and children's wellbeing.

Vaidya Amita Sharma completed her graduation as a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery in India with gold medal distinction from Guru Ravidas Ayurved University in Punjab. With over 6 years of clinical experience, she lives her life fully immersed in Ayurveda wether it is for her own family and upbringing of her toddler, or ensuring her clients find the best of care and effective results through Ayurveda. In addition to her Bachelors degree, she has completed a one year certificate at the gynaecology department in Patiala and served as the former Ayurvedic Medical Officer at the Government of Himachal Pradesh for 3 years. Ayurveda is Amita’s passion and comes to her as a natural gift.

Vaidya Jasmeet Singh Dhami has been practicing in India for over eight years after completing a Bachelors in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery and certificate in Naadi Pariksha. He is a senior Ayurveda and Panchakarma consultant with strong clinical experience. He has also made an impact as the former Senior Doctor at Sri Sri Tattva and as the former Ayurveda Medical Officer for the Government of Punjab.
He specializes in diagnosis through remote online consults as well as nadi (pulse) and through years of his clinical experience his passion lies in helping people through Ayurvedic assessments and administrating Panchakarma programs. He is extremely result focused and works compassionately along with his clients’ needs to bring positive transformation and healing.
