 Ingredients

- Medjool Dates
- Ghee
- Roasted Almonds

Method

- Cut the date half open
- Add half a tsp of ghee in the centre of the date
- Add one roasted almond in the centre
- Roast the filled date in the oven or air-fryer
- Top off with more ghee (optional)

Tips
- Careful not to leave the dates in the oven too long, just needs a few minutes (adjust depending on the temperature) until ghee melts and date becomes lightly roasted.
