Energy Ball Recipe

Mix together:

1 ½ cups chopped dates
2 - 3 tbs each almonds, walnut and pistachio nuts (or any other nut of your choice)
2 - 3 tsp seeds (pumpkin seeds/sunflower seeds) 
4 - 6 whole dry figs
1 - 2 tbs desiccated coconut
2 pods green cardamom, peeled and seeds crushed using a mortar and pestle
1/8 tsp cinnamon powder
1 - 2 tsp ghee or almond butter 

Method:

- Make round shapes using the mixture. 
- Coat balls with 2 tbs desiccated coconut, 2 tbs finely chopped pistachio nuts, and 2 tbs raw cacao powder.
