Nasya, Ayurvedic Nasal Therapy, is one of the five main actions of Panchakarma Detox and can also be given independently for specific nasal conditions. It is good for all doshas especially Vata and Kapha.
The nose is the doorway for prana and the immediate access to the brain and our cognitive functions. This treatment is famously used for removing excess doshas from the throat, nose sinus passages and head.
This Therapy Includes: Indian head massage, facial steam, face hot compress, nasal procedure, face massage, herbal smoke inhalation and relaxation.
